Qualifications

Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes
Skills in menu creation and kitchen staff management
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to order supplies and manage food inventory
Proficiency in maintaining kitchen equipment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
