Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures. Assist senior chefs with mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow. 🎓 Requirements: Diploma / Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred. 2–4 years of experience in a hotel or resort kitchen. Expertise in Indian gravies, Chinese sauces, and Tandoor operations. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
