Chef Executive Support - Chocolate/Pastry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef – Executive Support to provide culinary expertise, product demonstrations, and technical support for a renowned chocolate company's customers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India. This role involves showcasing innovative applications of chocolate and cocoa, training clients on product usage with technical solutions that drive adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.

● Provide technical guidance and culinary expertise on chocolate and cocoa portfolio.

● Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention through technical interventions.

● Develop innovative recipes, applications, and solutions tailored to market needs in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.

● Troubleshoot customer challenges and ensure excellent after-sales technical support.

● Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.

● Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product quality, versatility, and innovation.

● Prepare regular reports on culinary activities, client training, and market insights.

Requirements & Skills:

● 1–5 years of experience as a Baker, Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, Desserts Chef, Chocolatier in the FMCG/Chocolate/Bakery/Beverage industry.

● Strong expertise in chocolate, pastry, or bakery applications.

● Excellent presentation, training, and customer engagement skills.

● Ability to develop recipes, design menus, and showcase innovation.

● Self-starter with the ability to work independently in challenging markets.

● Willingness to travel extensively within Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
