📝 Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present continental dishes (pasta, pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc.) as per brand standards Maintain quality, hygiene, and consistency in food preparation and presentation Supervise and train commis chefs and kitchen helpers in your section Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery, especially during birthday parties and peak hours Assist in menu planning, new dish trials, and standardization with the Head Chef Ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and FIFO stock rotation in the continental section Monitor food wastage and assist in maintaining cost controls and portioning 👤 Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in continental cuisine (hot kitchen or café-style) Strong knowledge of basic western dishes and handling of commercial kitchen equipment Experience in QSR, family dining, or cafe-style kitchens preferred Good communication and team supervision skills Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
