Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manali, for a Chef De Partie at ShivAdya - A Boutique Hotel. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a particular section of the kitchen, preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring the highest quality of food presentation. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, training junior staff, managing inventory, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to execute a variety of dishes. The Chef De Partie will also assist in menu planning and development.


Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant role in a fine dining establishment

Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation and taste

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

Relevant culinary degree or equivalent practical experience
