Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality dishes, supervising a specific kitchen section, and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef while training and guiding junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards in your assigned section.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed on time and meets quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Train, supervise, and support Commis Chefs and junior staff.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Culinary qualification or relevant certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education: Diploma in Hotel management, Culinary, Hotel Managment.

Language: English, Hindi, Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
