• Manage kitchen section.
• Prepare North Indian food on time and food presentation• Supervise Commis chefs and coordinate with Sous Chef• Maintain section hygiene• Label and store properly• Ensure FSSAI compliance• Follow food safety norms

Required Candidate profile

• Diploma/BHM/BHMCT in Culinary or Hotel Mgmt. • 3–5 yrs exp. • Skilled in veg & non-veg cooking • capable of handling a kitchen section and training junior staff.• For Urgent joiners only.
