This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef, located in Srinagar. The Chef will be responsible for preparing dishes from a pre set menu, and managing kitchen staff. The role includes overseeing food preparation processes, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to, ordering and managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Chef will also collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menus that align with the company's vision.
