Job Description

Manage day-to-day à la carte kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to product innovation and development. •Prepare à la carte meals as per orders while maintaining presentation and portion standards. •Innovate new healthy dishes and improve existing recipes based on customer feedback. •Collaborate with the nutrition and operations team to maintain calorie and portion. •Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and efficient order turnaround times. •Participate in product innovation and assist with updates to kitchen SOPs. •Manage Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) process, track and reduce daily wastage. •Handle inventory management, stock keeping, and vendor coordination for daily ingredient purchases.
