Job Category: Job Type: Job Location: Experience Level: Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, conversational AI solutions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building chatbots using Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework, with a strong understanding of omnichannel communication strategies Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions using Dialogflow , Microsoft Bot Framework , and other NLP/NLU technologies. Integrate bots with various channels like Web, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Teams, Slack , and voice assistants . Build robust backend services and APIs to support chatbot functionalities. Monitor and improve bot performance through analytics and user feedback. Ensure chatbots align with business goals and provide value to users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in chatbot development or conversational AI. Strong experience with Dialogflow (ES or CX) and Microsoft Bot Framework . Experience with omnichannel chatbot deployment and configuration . Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or C# . Experience integrating chatbots with external APIs and databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure Bot Services , Google Cloud , or AWS Lex . Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts. Knowledge of conversational design principles and user-centered design. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
