Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing chatbot solutions using industry-leading technologies and frameworks. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional chatbot features. - Implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for accurate understanding and generation of human-like responses. - Integrating chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases to fetch and deliver data as required. - Designing and implementing dialog management systems to handle user interactions and maintain context. - Optimizing chatbot performance and usability by refining conversational flows and user interfaces. - Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliable and efficient chatbot functionality. - Staying updated with advancements in NLP, AI, and chatbot technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our development process. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions. - Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Documenting technical specifications, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and maintainable code. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Chatbot Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of chatbot projects. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. - Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases. - In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, libraries, and frameworks like NLTK, spaCy, or BERT. - Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework. - Experience in integrating chatbots with APIs and external services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for designing effective chatbot solutions. - Understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and debugging. - Knowledge of UX design principles and conversational UI design. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.,
