Position: Chat Support Specialist – Non Voice Operations
Location: Mumbai ,Thane (Work from Office)
Shift Timings: UK Rotational Shifts | 11:00 AM – 4:00 AM (any 9-hour shift)
Work Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Chat Support Specialists to join our team for a UK-based process. This role is focused on assisting international customers via live chat — no calls involved. You will be responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly chat support to UK customers.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Accurately document all interactions in the system.
• Consistently meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• HSC or Graduate with 1 year of experience in international customer service.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Open to working in night shifts and rotational schedules.
• Must be currently based in Mumbai.
• Immediate joiners preferred only.
• Valid ID proof and educational certificates required.
