Job Description

Chat Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales via live chat and messaging platforms. This role involves understanding customer needs, answering inquiries, recommending our services, and converting chats into successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in real-time through chat to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer interest and behavior.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate information and advice.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
  • Update CRM systems with lead and sales information.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize chat strategies.
  • Resolve basic customer service issues or escalate complex ones to the relevant department.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially in chat or digital channels, is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms.
