Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Customer Executive located in Pune. The Chat Customer Executive will handle real-time customer interactions via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing accurate and timely responses, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
