Job Description

Qualification:

BE / ME / B-Tech / M-Tech: Mechanical / Automobile

Roles Responsibilities:

Sound knowledge in pneumatic brake system (brake system components selection, pneumatic circuits, air pressure requirements, vehicle aggregates relations with brake system, creation of tubes routing etc.)
Good hand on experience in CATIA for 3D model preparation with CATIA module like part design SMD, GSD, assembly and drawings
Understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, pneumatic tubes etc.)
Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, presentation skills and team player
Knowledge of homologations standards related to brake system.
Knowledge of product development cycle.
Manage and coordinate activities with - cross functional team and suppliers for serial changes and within projects.
Can be able to do design documentation in PLM as well as to generate bill of material.
Can be able work in CFT for support to project team.
Flexibility for international travel (e.g., 3 months)

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of working experience in PLM: windchill or OAS
VBA / CATIA macro / Programming
Basic knowledge of brakes system testing parameters
Basic knowledge of design quality process
Good knowledge of GDT. should be able to do tolerance stack up.
