You will be instrumental in developing a knowledge base and implementing a system to efficiently meet customer requirements. Your daily tasks will include guiding users on utilizing our product effectively, optimizing ad layouts, and exploring various services. You will be managing DFP, Header Bidding, and individual tag-based partners to establish ad optimization strategies, conduct continuous testing, and analyze results to maximize yield. Swift resolution of customer queries with a touch of excellence, building a knowledge base, and crafting canned responses for common issues will also be part of your role. Collaborating with internal teams to address their concerns, assisting users in gaining a deeper understanding of our tools/products, and ensuring optimal usage of AdPushup for enhanced ad layouts and yield are key aspects of your job. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of analytics, ad networks (such as AdSense, AdX, and DFP), A/B testing, customer support, and SaaS. Familiarity with the fundamentals of HTML, JS, and Ad Operations is essential. A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, curiosity, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a willingness to work collaboratively are crucial for success in this role.
