Job Title: Chartered Accountant (In-House)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as an in-house financial expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial planning for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled CA looking for a stable in-house role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial statements, accounts, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth.
• Prepare and file tax returns, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies.
• Handle internal and statutory audits in coordination with external auditors.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation, GST, and Auditing.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Experience in financial planning, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage financial operations efficiently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling real estate or industrial business accounts (preferred).
• Prior experience in corporate financial management.
• Knowledge of investment and tax-saving strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
