Chartered Accountant

As a Chartered Accountant at our client company in the Agro Chemical Industry, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Holding a qualification as a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Preparing quarterly, half-yearly, and year-to-date financial results in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Independently coordinating with the Statutory Auditor to finalize books of accounts, resolve queries, discuss audit reports, and ensure timely closure of audits - Generating stand-alone & consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts, and disclosures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs) - Reviewing and analyzing trial balances, conducting regular ledger scrutiny, and maintaining the accuracy of books of accounts for error-free reporting from ERP - Creating working notes and documentation required for Cost Audit, Tax Audit, and coordinating with auditors to resolve queries and ensure timely closure of audits - Performing month closure activities to ensure timely closure of periodic books of accounts and reviewing monthly P&L statements along with KPIs - Monitoring and streamlining procedures to ensure compliance with Risk Assessment Control Matrix (RACM), Internal Financial Control (IFC), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) If you meet these requirements and are looking for a Full-Time Permanent position, the job is based in Ahmedabad.
