Position: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Factory Operations) or B.com with 3-5 year experience in Ca OFFICE Location: Hassan, Bangalore, PIN - 573201 Role Overview: We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to play a pivotal role between the statutory auditor and management, overseeing key factory operations at our Hassan location. Responsibilities: Liaise between statutory auditors and management to ensure compliance and timely reporting Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities specific to factory operations Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance requirements Support audit processes and assist in preparation of accounts, financial statements, and related schedules Participate in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational analysis Qualifications: Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter completed) or CA Articleship completed Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting (preferably in manufacturing or factory setup) Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, internal controls, and factory accounting Excellent communication and coordination skills Benefits: Competitive salary package Opportunity to work directly with senior management Exposure to both audit and operational functions within a factory environment
