Key Responsibilities

Audit & Compliance

Independently conduct Statutory Audits of companies in line with regulatory and professional standards.

Execute Internal Audits, evaluate internal control systems, and recommend improvements.

Perform Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing and ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks.

Support in risk assessment and assist in identifying process inefficiencies and control gaps.

Reporting & Advisory

Draft clear and concise audit reports, management reports, and financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Present findings and recommend control enhancements to clients.

Remain updated with changes in the Companies Act, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and Audit Frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory and Internal Audits.

Strong command over Indian Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, and the Companies Act.

Experience in IFC testing and corporate risk advisory is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and standard audit tools/software.

Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel as required to client locations for audits.

Compensation

Up to INR 9 LPA, depending on experience and skill set.
