About the Role

Rescon Manufacturing Co. is seeking to partner with a Chartered Accounting firm to manage our financial, taxation, and compliance functions. The ideal CA firm should have proven experience in handling corporate accounts, audits, and advisory services for mid-to-large businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate financial statements, books of accounts, and management reports.

• Auditing:

  Conduct statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

• Taxation:

  File returns, provide tax advisory, and ensure timely compliance with tax laws.

• Financial Advisory:

  Support business strategy, compliance planning, and risk management.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to national and international financial regulations.

Preferred Profile

• Firm Registration:

  Valid CA firm registration with ICAI.

• Experience:

  5–10 years of firm experience working with manufacturing companies preferred.

• Expertise:

  Accounting principles, audits, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance management.

• Team Strength:

  Ability to provide dedicated staff for ongoing financial operations.
