Job Description: We are seeking a Male Internal Auditor with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team at Hemant R Vora & Co. in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits across various departments and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying any potential risks or inefficiencies. Prepare and present detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for improving financial and operational processes. Work closely with the management team to advise on risk management strategies and best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and schedules. Perform detailed testing of financial transactions, reviewing financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions. Stay updated on industry best practices, accounting standards, and regulatory changes that may impact internal audit practices. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Gender: Male Experience: Minimum 2 years in Internal Audit or related fields. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification like CA (Chartered Accountant), CISA, or CIA will be a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
