Candidates myst have Relevant Experience in Real Estate Industry of minimum 3 yrs. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations,preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Relevant Experience in Real Estate Industry of minimum 3 yrs Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Taxation skills Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Experience in financial analysis and forecasting Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Chartered Accountant (CA) certification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Show more Show less
