Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Pune. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, providing exceptional customer service, and handling receptionist duties. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
