Product Costing – preparation and analysis of product-wise costing.
Process Costing – tracking cost across manufacturing processes.
Standard Costing & Variance Analysis – fixation of standard costs, monitoring actual vs. standard, and reporting variances (material, labor, overheads).
BOM (Bill of Materials) Management – accuracy and control of BOMs, ensuring correct consumption norms.
Labor Productivity Analysis – monitoring and analyzing labor efficiency and cost per unit.
Overheads Allocation & Apportionment – scientific distribution of indirect costs across products, departments, and cost centers.
Inventory Valuation – valuation of raw material, WIP, and finished goods as per accounting and cost standards.
Cost Reports & MIS – preparation of cost sheets, profitability analysis, and management reports for decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting – assisting in budgets, monitoring vs. actuals, and highlighting deviations.
