Job Description

About the Role:

reputed e-commerce company

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage
financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliation
processes.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue, receivables, and related accounting entries.
Support and review
O2C processes
including billing, collections, credit management, and customer account reconciliations.
Collaborate with business teams to monitor sales, collections, and working capital efficiency.
Prepare and review
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Support
month-end and year-end closing activities
, audit schedules, and statutory compliance.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Maintain internal controls, ensure process compliance, and identify areas for automation or process improvement.

Preferred Background:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with
3–5 years of post-qualification experience
.
Prior experience in
Retail, E-Commerce, or Quick Commerce
organizations preferred.
Strong understanding of
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
processes and working capital management.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
such as
SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
.
Proficient in
MS Excel
, financial analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

CA Qualified
(mandatory).
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or O2C domains.
