The Company is one of Indias leading manufacturer and wholesaler of Indian Ethnic Wear, with operations spread across the country. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the company’s financial accounting, statutory compliance, and MIS across all branches in India. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in Indian accounting standards and taxation, and the ability to provide actionable financial insights to the management.
- Oversee books of accounts for head office & all branches; ensure accuracy and timely closures.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory, tax & internal audits.
- Prepare and present MIS, consolidated financials, budgets, forecasts, and branch performance reports.
- Standardize accounting systems and processes across branches.
- Lead and mentor branch accountants and accounts team.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and taxation.
- Expertise in ERP/accounting software (Tally) & MS Excel.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Leadership, team management, and process standardization skills.
B. Com / Inter CA / Cost Accountant (ICWA)
10 to 15 years’ experience in Accounts & Finance, including 5+ years in a senior managerial role.
Prior exposure to multi-location operations preferred.
