1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project-wise financial reports, MIS, cash flow, and budget analysis.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Conduct regular project cost audits and variance analysis.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable standards (Ind AS / Companies Act).

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings and ensure timely compliance.
• Manage tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
• Ensure RERA compliance and coordinate with legal and project teams for necessary documentation.
• Prepare reports required by authorities like RERA, ROC, and Income Tax.

3. FEMA & International Transactions

• Monitor foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign currency transactions as per

• Liaise with consultants and RBI for foreign remittances, ECBs, and repatriation of funds.

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for funding and credit facilities.

5. Strategic Support

• Advise management on cost optimization, tax planning, and regulatory changes.
