Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant - Business Support Services role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, handling tax compliance, providing business advisory services, overseeing accounting and bookkeeping processes, and managing payroll systems. The role also involves collaborating with clients to address their financial and business development requirements to ensure compliance with financial regulations and efficient business operations.

Experience -3 to 5 yrs

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Taxation
• Knowledge of Business Support Services, including Payroll Management and Compliance
• Strong skills in Tax Advisory, Financial Planning, and Business Analysis
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA qualification required)
• Proficiency in accounting software and compliance tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in client management and business advisory is an advantage
