Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  fundraising drives

  , donation campaigns, and donor engagement strategies.
• Build local volunteer teams and collaborate with

  schools, RWAs, SHGs, colleges, and local leaders

  .
• Identify and connect with

  corporate CSR teams

  , community philanthropists, and alumni networks.
• Organize events such as awareness drives, health camps, education support, or women’s empowerment sessions.
• Maintain basic reporting and digital communication with central Devodhya team.

Candidate Profile:

• Fundraising or CSR outreach experience is a must

  (NGOs, corporates, or community-based).
• Prior exposure to

  grant writing, donor communication, or social campaigns

  is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; should be respected in the local community.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel, Google Docs.
• Fluent in English/Hindi; Local language proficiency preferred.
