Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners in Bangalore.
  • Identify land parcels and development opportunities through these networks.
  • Pitch our business model and explore collaboration with developers to build properties on identified lands.
  • Act as a single point of contact between developers and internal teams to ensure smooth discussions and deal closures.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and land availability across key micro-markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen developer/channel partner connect.
  • Work closely with the business development and operations team to align developer partnerships with organizational goals.
