Job Description

Identify and recruit new channel partners, including real estate agencies and brokers, to expand our sales network. Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth. Train and support channel partners on our property offerings, sales techniques, and marketing tools. Foster strong relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration and increase sales performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for channel sales. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, partner performance, and market trends for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ Years of experience in channel sales or builder firm within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. We have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through partnerships. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
