Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for institutional business development, including government tenders and PSU clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and budgetary control.
  • Manage a team of channel sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective distribution network management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales or Channel Sales Management in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Institutional Sales principles and practices; ability to develop effective relationships at all levels within institutions (Government & PSUs).
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions.
