Role Responsibilities: Grow the merchant network by driving acquisition and servicing to attract and retain them. Drive quality in execution through audits and review mechanisms, and manage merchant escalations. Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training of the front-line sales team to ensure 100% manning and performance improvement.
