Channel Sales Lead

Job Title: Channel Sales Lead Locations: Delhi Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate Experience: 4–8 years CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Lead to drive SIM activations, retail expansion, and revenue growth through effective channel management. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of channel sales, market dynamics, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Achieve SIM activation targets across retail outlets Expand product availability and drive revenue market share Ensure distributors and retailers maintain optimal stock levels Improve productivity of Channel Partners and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) Recruit, train, and manage FSEs in coordination with distributors Strengthen retail presence by increasing Recharge and SIM Selling Outlets Track and drive key distribution metrics including ROI for partners Analyze channel performance and implement corrective actions Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of product and market trends Proven experience in channel sales and distribution management Familiarity with job portals for team hiring (especially FSE recruitment) Excellent team leadership and people management skills Ability to drive results through partners and ground teams 🚀 Who Should Apply: Professionals with 4–8 years of experience in telecom, FMCG, or other channel-driven industries, with a strong track record in sales and distribution management.
