Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth for Rise Coffee in retail, wholesale, and online channels.

    • Achieve or exceed sales targets for Rise Coffee in assigned territories by identifying new customers and expanding relationships with current partners.

    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and onboarding new partners to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Channel Development & Management:

    • Identify and pursue new channel partners, including coffee distributors, retailers, and grocery chains, to expand Rise Coffees presence in key markets.

    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring strong product placement, visibility, and sales growth.

    • Support partners in sales activities by providing product information, training, and promotional materials.

Product Expertise & Training:

    • Become a subject matter expert on Rise Coffees unique freeze-dried coffee process, the benefits of Single Origin Arabica beans, and the products flavor profile.

    • Educate channel partners on the products features, quality, and value proposition through training sessions, tastings, and product demonstrations.

    • Act as the main point of contact for partners with any questions or concerns related to Rise Coffee.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Provide detailed and timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to internal teams.

    • Adjust sales strategies and actions based on market data to maximize opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Promotions & Marketing Support:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns that increase product awareness and sales of Rise Coffee.

    • Implement in-store promotions, online campaigns, and events that boost product visibility and drive consumer interest.

    • Ensure that marketing and promotional materials are delivered and used effectively by channel partners.

Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within channel partners to ensure repeat business and continued product distribution.

    • Regularly check in with partners to assess customer satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product availability.

    • Collect feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and improve sales strategies.
