Role Overview:

As the Channel Partnership Manager at Spintly, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the access control industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing channel sales and partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the access control market, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with channel partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development:

a. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the assigned region.

b. Develop and implement effective channel strategies to drive revenue growth. 2. Relationship Management:

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.

b. Work with the Training & Development team to ensure ongoing support and training of the Partners to ensure success of the program.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

a. Ensure alignment with the local sales and channels team to ensure achievement of sales targets for the region through channel partners

b. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

4. Market Analysis:

a. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. b. Provide regular market feedback to the leadership team for product and strategy improvement.

5. Collaboration:

a. Work closely with the Marketing, Product & Training teams to develop

channel-specific marketing materials and campaigns.

b. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the access control industry, with total 10-12 years of experience in the Sales industry(with relevant experience in channel sales).

3. Proven track record in channel sales and business development.

4. Strong understanding of the access control market and industry trends. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
