Job Description

Partner Identification & Onboarding

Prospect, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners (distributors, wholesalers, retail groups).
Conduct due diligence and negotiate commercial agreements.

Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison, maintaining regular business reviews and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Resolve escalations promptly and proactively.

Performance & Incentives

Define sales targets and KPIs for each partner; monitor performance against goals.
Design and implement incentive schemes, rebates, and co-marketing programs.

Training & Enablement

Develop partner training materials on product knowledge, merchandising, and sales techniques.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and on-site visits to reinforce best practices.

Business Development & Territory Planning

Collaborate with partners to develop territory expansion plans and joint business forecasts.
Identify white-space opportunities and coordinate market-entry strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and share insights with senior leadership.
Leverage data to recommend improvements in the channel strategy.
