Designation : Channel Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support real estate sales channels (e.g., brokerages, agents, digital platforms).
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce sales enablement materials—brochures, flyers, email templates, listing presentations.
• Coordinate listings and promotions on MLS platforms, listing syndication portals (Zillow, Trulia, etc.), and CRM systems.
• Assist with event planning and execution (open houses, broker events, industry conferences).
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials and communications.
• Provide marketing support to real estate agents and partners—training, tools, and resources.
• Coordinate email and social media campaigns aimed at attracting buyers, sellers, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries.
• Understanding of real estate marketing channels (MLS, IDX, syndication, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
