Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage construction site activities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a site engineer, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). You will be responsible for executing project tasks, managing on-site teams, coordinating with consultants/contractors, and ensuring that the work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and ensure timely delivery of steel requirements.
• Interpret and work with AutoCAD (2D) drawings for layouts, sections, and details.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols on site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports (DPR), labor reports, and material reconciliation.
• Assist in estimating quantities, preparing BOQs, and supporting procurement activities.
• Monitor project timelines and highlight delays or deviations to project managers.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the construction quality aligns with IS codes and standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve any on-site issues that arise.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Civil construction practices and materials.
• Excellent command over AutoCAD (2D) for reading and preparing working drawings.
• Expertise in preparing and interpreting Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of site safety and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: up to 65000 monthly
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
