Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Junior Engineer / Project Coordinator to assist in coordinating between the site and the office team. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and basic technical support for construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between project site and office, ensuring timely communication of updates and issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, check quality, and gather updates from site engineers and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain site progress reports and daily work logs.
• Support in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reviewing drawings as per site requirements.
• Assist in material tracking, delivery coordination, and basic quantity estimation.
• Ensure that construction work complies with drawings and technical specifications.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with documentation, photographs, and coordination for approvals and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in field coordination/site supervision in real estate or construction projects.
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with real estate documentation and processes.
• Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
