Channel Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive channel business through

  Classic Dealers, RA, and DSA

  to ensure consistent sourcing.
• Run

  MGM (Member Gets Member)

  initiatives, including

  Tyger Mytra drives

  to generate business from existing customers.
• Monitor

  Active vs non-active channels

  and ensure effective communication to maximize

  lock-in business

  .
• Ensure a defined

  percentage of overall business is sourced through channels

  as a backup and diversification strategy.
• Liaise closely with

  ASM and SH

  to drive channel performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and onboard

  new Corporate DSAs

  to expand the business network.
• Implement and manage sales activities through Corporate DSAs to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with Corporate DSAs to ensure engagement,satisfaction, and long-term association.
• Coordinate with

  credit, legal, and product teams

  for smooth processing from sourcing to disbursement.
• Plan and execute

  business development and promotional activities

  across the assigned geography/division.
• Consistently focus on

  target achievement

  and overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preference for candidates with experience in

  NBFCs, Rural Mobility, housing finance, or related financial services

Required Skills

• Market Understanding:

  Strong knowledge of the local market and Corporate DSA ecosystem.

• Geographical Knowledge:

  Familiarity with local geography, customer behavior, and applicable regulations.

• Process Knowledge:

  Understanding of end-to-end sourcing, customer handling, and DSA processes.

• Product Knowledge:

  Good understanding of NBFC financial products and offerings.
