Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

Assist in setting sales targets for the team and individual agents.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
Support the Sales Manager in formulating and executing sales strategies.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of MDDSAs and agents.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify and recruit new Motor Dealers and Individual Agents.
Ensure smooth onboarding and initial training of new recruits.

Training & Development

Conduct regular training sessions on GCI products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Keep the team updated on new product launches and process changes.

Business Development

Explore new markets and opportunities for expanding the MDDSA network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and agents to maximize productivity.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales, agent performance, and training.
Share timely reports with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of
Motor Insurance products
and General Insurance offerings.
Prior experience in
Motor Dealer & DSA, and Agency sales channels
.
Proven ability to
lead, manage, and grow sales teams
effectively.
