Role & Responsibilities The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through the MDDSA (Motor Dealer Direct Selling Agent) channel. Key responsibilities include: Sales Target Achievement : Ensure consistent delivery of sales targets across motor and general insurance products. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement sales plans for dealerships and individual IMDs (Insurance Marketing Distributors). Channel Development : Recruit and onboard motor dealerships and individual agents to expand the MDDSA network. Training & Performance Management : Train agents and monitor their performance to ensure alignment with business goals. Sales Strategy Execution : Formulate and execute effective sales strategies for motor insurance and other general insurance offerings. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong understanding of motor insurance products . Prior experience in motor DSA and agency sales channels . Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams.
