Channel Business Specialist

You will be working as a Channel Sales Executive in a fast-paced CPaaS environment. As an Individual Contributor (IC), your role will involve identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners across India. Your proactive and results-driven approach will be essential to your success in this position. Your key responsibilities will include generating new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, and social media outreach. You will also play a crucial role in supporting sales strategies, building a strong pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to effectively onboard channel partners by presenting value propositions and managing the entire process will be vital. Maintaining and updating lead data, tracking communications, and following up regularly to convert leads into partners will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales, and technical departments is necessary to ensure seamless onboarding and support for channel partners. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in B2B sales or channel partner acquisition, with a preference for the CPaaS domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to engage in cold calling and proactive outreach. As a self-motivated individual contributor, you should be comfortable working independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous for effectively managing your responsibilities.
