Role Overview: As a Channel Sales Executive in our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners within the CPaaS industry. This IC role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who excels in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, emails, and social media to generate new business leads. - Sales Support: Aid in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and build a strong pipeline. - Channel Partner Onboarding: Proactively engage with potential partners, present value propositions, and oversee the onboarding process. - Pipeline Management: Maintain lead data, monitor communications, and ensure regular follow-ups for successful lead conversion. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing, pre-sales, and technical departments to ensure seamless onboarding and support for partners. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in B2B sales or channel partner acquisition, preferably within the CPaaS domain. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in cold calling and proactive outreach. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor. - Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
