Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Directly manage Industrial Distributor primary and secondary sales as well as business Development In the assigned territory

Responsible for managing sales and business development activities including channel expansion in his assigned territory with the guidance and support of CAM

Responsible for achieving business plan & Annual Plan targets in the assigned territory

  • Growing, Managing and Supporting Channel network;
  • Distributor & Customer training, conducting customer meets & events

  • Recruit New Channel Partners for Growth without disturbing any BUS existing business as per the

requirement and guidance of CAM

  • Effectively Implement Marketing Schemes, SFDC, Channel Finance etc. and any other HO

Initiative for his territory

  • Identify Key Business Opportunities to generate Revenue
  • Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-3 years prior experience in Sales/business development/equipment maintenance role
  • Track record of achieving laid down targets and creating a wide and sustainable customer base.

Experience in managing channel & interacting with multiple stakeholders
