Description
As a Channel Account Manager (CAM) at Sophos, you will be responsible for managing Growth Sophos partners in the West and South Region. Your primary focus will be on developing joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets. This will involve identifying and closing incremental opportunities, particularly in the areas of MDR services, MSP, and next-gen portfolio. Your role will also involve engaging with existing customers for new logo, up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal conversations. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships at all levels within partner organizations to drive revenue growth and profitability, especially for mid-market customers, MSPs, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. You will work on building and executing business plans that lead to outstanding growth for both the partner and Sophos. Additionally, you will enable partners to leverage Sophos" comprehensive solution and services portfolio to enhance their customers" security protection and response capabilities. You will actively support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals, collaborating with wider sales and sales engineer teams as needed to ensure accurate business forecasting. Your role will also involve owning and managing joint business review and planning processes, developing marketing plans with partners to drive incremental sales pipeline, and coordinating with various internal teams at Sophos to meet partner performance objectives. To excel in this role, you should have 8-10 years of Cybersecurity Channel Sales experience with a focus on managing the West and South territory. You must possess strong expertise in working with Partners & Distributors in IT Security, coordinating and selling security solutions, and prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce. Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, partner presentation, and enablement are also key requirements for this position.
