Learning Experience Designer

• Assist in the

  design and development of learning solutions

  tailored to business needs, target audience, and evaluation methodology.


• Develop

  standards, templates, and guidelines

  for learning materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.


• Create

  engaging and effective training content

  using various modalities, including ILT, WBT, simulations, videos, and performance support materials.


• Collaborate with

  Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and media/technology teams

  to refine learning content and enhance engagement.


• Conceptualize

  visual storytelling strategies

  to improve learner experience and knowledge retention.


• Develop

  detailed storyboards

  by transforming raw content into structured, engaging, and audience-specific learning experiences.


• Conduct

  quality checks

  to ensure training materials meet industry and organizational standards.

  Qualifications & Skills:

  
  



• Bachelor s or Master s degree

  in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.



• 2+ years

  of experience in instructional design and content development.


• Strong understanding of

  learning theories, instructional strategies, and adult learning principles

  .


• Experience working with

  e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms

  .


• Ability to

  transform complex information

  into engaging and interactive learning materials.


• Strong

  writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  to create impactful learning content.


• Excellent

  collaboration and communication skills

  with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.


• Strong

  attention to detail

  and commitment to delivering high-quality training materials.
