Job Description

This role is responsible for driving endtoend IT and business change initiatives across complex enterprise environments, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable business outcomes
The Change Manager will define and implement change strategies, plans, and governance for large technology programs, working closely with PMO, project managers, and crossfunctional stakeholders
Key responsibilities include impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, creation of communication and training plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards
The role will oversee the full project lifecycle for changes related to MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms, using Agile and Scrum methodologies
It involves managing change requests through tools such as JIRA, preparing documentation, facilitating change approval forums, and tracking implementation and postimplementation results
The Change Manager will proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, recommend mitigation actions, and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing business operations
The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in Change Management and/or PMO within IT Services and Consulting, with strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
